THE ROLE
This individual is responsible to oversee full spectrum of human resource functions with strong recruiting experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The incumbent duties involve developing recruitment strategies, performance management, managing staff benefits and compensation
- The incumbent is responsible for training, employee relations, grievance handling and welfare
- Develop/Manage Quarterly KPI with Department Head
- The incumbent will also oversee the administrative operations of the company
- The incumbent will report to the Chief Executive Officer
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in human resource management
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
- Strong knowledge in Singapore Labour Law
