THE ROLE

This individual is responsible to oversee full spectrum of human resource functions with strong recruiting experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The incumbent duties involve developing recruitment strategies, performance management, managing staff benefits and compensation
  • The incumbent is responsible for training, employee relations, grievance handling and welfare
  • Develop/Manage Quarterly KPI with Department Head
  • The incumbent will also oversee the administrative operations of the company
  • The incumbent will report to the Chief Executive Officer

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in human resource management
  • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore Labour Law
